ABOUT

Casey Renz is a multidisciplinary artist who explores the expressive potential of color and form through acrylic painting and soft sculpture. She believes in allowing the paint to speak for itself, using vibrant palettes and dynamic textures to create emotionally resonant compositions.
Born and homeschooled in her early years, Casey pursued her passion for the arts, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Mason Gross School of the Arts and later a Master’s in Fine Arts Education with a focus on ceramics from Kean University. She lived in New York City for 13 years, where she immersed herself in its rich creative landscape, exhibiting her work at spaces like Awita New York and Boomer Gallery in London.
Beyond painting, Casey continuously expands her artistic practice—teaching herself to crochet during the COVID pandemic and incorporating fiber arts into her creative exploration. Whether working with paint, clay, or textiles, her work is an evolving conversation between medium, movement, and emotion.
